Texas is home to some of the most beautiful year-round weather. It comes as no surprise that we spend SO much of our time outdoors. Whether it’s at parks, pool, taking walks, or grilling outside, us Texans love the outdoors. Outdoor living is huge in Texas. 

With the recent pandemic, people have been spending the majority of their time at home. Both because they have to and because they want to. I’ve noticed there has been a new found love of our homes. An appreciation of sorts that wasn’t there prior to the pandemic of 2020. Clients now want to remodel, renovate, add on and update their homes. Another trend we have been noticing is the want and need for more square footage. Clients are using every little bit of space since we’re working and schooling from home. So it’s only natural to need some more elbow room for every member of our home (even our pet members 🙂 )

Being outdoors is extremely beneficial for our health. Experts say the outdoors helps build your immune system and is a wonderful mood booster amongst other amazing benefits. Backyards are a great space to include in your home’s renovation process. Adding outdoor living increases your homes value and increases the space you can utilize. It allows your to reap all the health benefits of the great outdoors all from the peace and tranquility of your home.
