Yes, we offer in home consultations. Prior to an in home consultation, we request photos of your home. This allows us to prepare for the appointment in order to utilize the allotted consultation time more effectively.
We ask for photos because it helps us understand the context of the appointment prior to the in home consultation. It allows us to see the space, study the space, and prepare for the appointment so we can utilize the time effectively.
We specialize in all aspects of interior and exterior residential construction.
We are avid communicators. You will receive daily calls, texts and emails throughout your projects. We send progress photos and keep you thoroughly informed throughout your project.
All of our contractors are in house.
The design phase can be completed in one meeting or it may take several. It truly depends what we are designing. Choosing materials, color schemes, trim work, furnishings, fixtures, etc, is a process that we take very seriously because it results in the final product of your home. We want you to love your home as much as we loved working on it.
We meet as often as needed. Communication is very important to us. Having you apart of the project every step of the way will make you feel secure in hiring The Pros. We will meet on site or off depending on your schedule.
Yes! We love when clients are apart of the project. Communication is everything and when we collaborate, we know you’ve been able to be apart of key decision making points.
The length of time a build process takes varies on the extent of the projects. Ground ups, depending on square footage, can take 6 months or longer; while small interior renovations may take about a month.
No two client projects are alike and each requires care thought and attention to detail. We never rush a project.
Yes, we can when needed.
Luckily, many manufacturers of our products have taken a keen interest in producing materials that are better for the environment.
